These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 66rr online betting and gaming platform, including the website at 66rr.io, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any services, tools, games, or products made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by 66rr (hereinafter "66rr", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you (hereinafter "you", "user", or "player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

To register for and use a 66rr account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing 66rr account, whether active, dormant, suspended, or previously closed.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 66rr, nor a close family member of such a person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification. You agree to keep this information updated at all times via your account settings or by contacting 66rr support.

66rr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any point during your use of the Platform — including at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and at any time 66rr deems appropriate based on risk assessment. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, driver's licence, and utility bills or bank statements dated within three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 66rr may result in temporary account restriction or permanent account closure.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you are not registering on behalf of any third party.

Each registered player may hold exactly one active 66rr account. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 66rr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and confiscate any balances, including deposited funds and bonus credits, without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 66rr will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that an unauthorised party has gained access to your credentials, you must notify 66rr support immediately via live chat. 66rr may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation. During any suspension period, withdrawals will be frozen until the investigation is resolved.

Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your 66rr account or any funds, balances, bonuses, or betting positions associated with it to any third party.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. 66rr reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances, provided that the account balance is sufficient to cover such a fee. 66rr will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

66rr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. 66rr does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts:

• Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit via mobile financial services: ৳50,000
• Minimum crypto deposit: equivalent to ৳500 at the live conversion rate at the time of deposit
• Daily deposit limit (default): ৳200,000 — adjustable via Responsible Gaming settings

All deposits are credited to your 66rr account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the live market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. 66rr does not guarantee a specific conversion rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto transaction is initiated and the time it is confirmed.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control. Withdrawals to a different method require prior approval from the 66rr compliance team and may require additional identity verification. 66rr reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times (indicative):

Deposited funds that have not been used in any betting activity and are requested for withdrawal within 24 hours of deposit may be subject to an administrative review to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

All bets placed on 66rr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular game or market.

A bet is accepted and binding on both parties from the moment 66rr issues a bet confirmation reference number. Until such a reference is issued, no bet has been placed. 66rr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including where a bet is placed on an event where the outcome is already known, where a pricing error has occurred, or where 66rr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular betting activity.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market interface and may vary by event, market type, and individual account status. 66rr reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice where betting patterns indicate irregular activity.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled after betting markets have been opened, 66rr will apply the following general settlement principles:

• Events postponed by fewer than 48 hours will generally be resettled on completion.
• Events postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled outright will generally result in all open bets being voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets placed on markets that were suspended at the time of abandonment will be settled based on the score or position at the point of suspension where sufficient play has occurred, as determined by 66rr at its sole discretion.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes will be recognised as official results for settlement purposes where applied by the relevant governing body.

66rr offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible players. Each individual offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. These specific promotion terms are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.

The following general principles apply to all 66rr bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66rr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one 66rr account, whether using genuine or fabricated personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access markets, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, pricing mistakes, or calculation errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage — regardless of whether 66rr's systems accepted the resulting bets or transactions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between 66rr and other platforms in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation rather than legitimate sports betting.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, or to exploit any 66rr system or promotion.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access the Platform using credentials that are not your own, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to 66rr's back-end systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 66rr support staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.

All content published on the 66rr Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, betting market data, odds displays, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66rr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from 66rr.

66rr does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 66rr reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform, or any part of it, at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. 66rr will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance but is not obligated to do so in all circumstances.

In any event, 66rr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 66rr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 66rr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

66rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 66rr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 66rr.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted under the 66rr Responsible Gaming policy.
• 66rr is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), 66rr reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus-derived winnings, pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the relevant balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your 66rr account at any time by submitting a closure request to the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirement bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision will be deemed deleted, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
